The brief from the client was a complete turn key solution, to construct a temporary storage facility.

The interim nature and urgency constrained the choice of structure a to a pre-engineered structure that could be designed, delivered and installed
rapidly, weatherproof and able to be physically secured.

Located in Western Australia, adjacent to the Indian Ocean the structure, experiences a harsh, windswept
environment most of the time.

The complete ‘turn-key’ solution required all services and facilities to comply with the BCA, Defence MFPE (Manual of Fire Protection Engineering) and relevant AS/NZ Specification, included Personnel Doors, Roller Doors, Mechanical Fan and Ventilation System, Lighting Systems, Engineered Fire Services,including Aspirating Fire Detection System (VESDA), Hydrocarbon Detection System (Fuel Spill Detection), Roof Safety System, Racking System, Signage and Lightning Protection System.
